What is the 6 Weeks of THE WORK meal plan?

There haven’t been any specific mentions of the nutrition plan, but we think it’s safe to assume that the Ultimate Portion Fix and 2B Mindset will be incorporated. You will choose which one works best for your lifestyle and your needs.

What equipment will you need?

Specific details on equipment haven’t been released yet but from what we've seen in the promo video, you may need:

  • A range of weights (Light/Medium/Heavy)
  • Fitness or Yoga Mat
  • Resistance Loops
  • Pull up bar

This program is designed for men and women with a high level of fitness looking to level up their results and performance. It is highly recommended that you complete the Fit Test prior to starting to make sure that this program is for you!
