Level Up – Account Deletion
If you signed in to Level Up with a Google account, you can request deletion of the Level Up account data associated with your sign-in.
How to request account deletion
Send an email to: andrej.geleti@gmail.com
Subject: Level Up Account Deletion Request
Please send the request from the email address associated with your Level Up Google sign-in account. This allows us to verify that the request comes from the account owner.
After the request is verified, the Level Up account and associated cloud-stored Level Up data will be deleted.
Data stored locally
Some Level Up data, including game progress, preferences and other local application data, may be stored only on your device. Local data can be removed by using the available data/privacy controls in Level Up, clearing the application's data, or uninstalling the application.
Google Play subscriptions
Deleting your Level Up account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it separately through Google Play.
Data that may be retained
Certain information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or accounting purposes. Any such information will only be retained for as long as necessary for those purposes.
