Through the years, and the many different organizations my family has been involved in, a few things seemed to be recurring issues.
😕Team Building did less building and more perpetuating the same.
😕Events wound up being large scale babysitting rather than family engagement events.
😕At the end, there were no more volunteers than we started with and everyone had to be volunTOLD.
Imagine an event where all of your boxes were checked.
✔️New friends are being made.
✔️Families are getting to know each other.
✔️Your Start of Season meeting had 100% attendance AND you satisfied your volunteer needs.
