Letter Punch collects and stores only information needed to provide its game features.
When you use Letter Punch, the app may store:
your chosen Letter Punch player name;
online game invitations;
online games, moves, scores, and game history;
chat messages sent during online games;
reports of abusive language and related moderation history;
game statistics and settings associated with your Letter Punch profile.
Letter Punch uses Apple’s iCloud and CloudKit services to provide online play and synchronize information between players.
This information is used only to operate Letter Punch, including:
providing and synchronizing online games;
maintaining game and scoring records;
providing in-game chat;
sending game-related notifications;
investigating reports of abusive language;
enforcing Letter Punch’s rules for online conduct.
Letter Punch contains no advertising.
Letter Punch does not sell personal information and does not use player information for targeted advertising or marketing.
Players can report abusive language used in online chat. When a report is submitted, recent relevant chat messages may be included so that the report can be reviewed.
A player may also block another player. Blocking prevents further online contact between those players but does not itself create a penalty against the blocked player.
You can delete your Letter Punch account from within the app.
Deleting your account permanently removes your Letter Punch profile and associated Letter Punch data, including online games, invitations, chat history, statistics, and other information associated with that profile.
Deleting a Letter Punch account does not delete or affect your Apple or iCloud account.
Letter Punch relies on Apple services including iCloud, CloudKit, notifications, and App Store distribution. Information handled directly by Apple is subject to Apple’s own privacy policies.
