This Privacy Policy describes how Onkar Gajulwar ("Developer," "I," "me," or "my") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the mobile game application Letter Drop ("the App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Information Collected
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you start the App for the first time, you are asked to enter a player name (or nickname) so the App can personalize your gameplay experience (for example, displaying messages such as "Try again, [Name]").
- This name is stored locally on your device only (in the App's local storage).
- It is never transmitted to me, to any server, or to any third party.
- It is not linked to any other identifier or personal data.
- You may change or remove the name at any time within the App, or by uninstalling the App, which permanently deletes it from your device.
The App does not ask you to register, sign in, or submit any other personal details. I do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, postal address, photos, or contacts through the App.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically (via Third-Party Services)
When you use the App, the integrated third-party advertising service (Google AdMob) automatically collects limited data. This may include:
- Device identifiers: Google Advertising ID (GAID)
- Device information: Device model, operating system version, language
- Network information: IP address, mobile carrier, network type
- Approximate location: Country/region derived from IP address (no precise GPS location is collected)
- App usage data: Ad impressions, ad clicks, rewarded ad completions, crash logs
This data is collected and processed by Google AdMob in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
1.3 Permissions Used by the App
- Internet access (INTERNET): Required to load advertisements.
- Network state (ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): Required to detect connectivity before requesting ads.
The App does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, precise location, SMS, or call logs.
2. How Information Is Used
The information collected is used solely to:
- Display advertisements (both personalized and non-personalized) within the App
- Measure ad performance and prevent fraudulent ad activity
- Maintain App stability and diagnose crashes
- Comply with applicable legal obligations

The App uses the following third-party service, which has its own privacy practices:

5. Children's Privacy
Letter Drop is not directed to children under the age of 13. The App is intended for general audiences aged 13 and above and is configured accordingly in the Google Play Console "Target Audience and Content" section.
I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information to the App, please contact me at the email below and I will take prompt steps to delete it.
The App complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Google Play Families Policy.
6. Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to:

- Request correction or deletion

I do not store any user data on personal servers. Data collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's data retention policies, which you can review at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
You can stop all data collection at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information processed through the App, including:
- Encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections for all ad and network requests
- Use of trusted, industry-standard third-party SDKs
- No storage of personal data on local servers
While I take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Because the App uses Google services, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States and India. By using the App, you consent to such transfers in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
