We understand the importance of verifying that your leaflets reach the right audience. While door-to-door delivery makes 100% house-level tracking impractical, we offer several practical confirmation methods:

1. Route Map with Distribution Areas

• Clear map showing streets or postcode sectors targeted.
  
  

• Highlights the exact area covered for the campaign.
  
  

2. Delivery Completion Report

• Written confirmation that distribution was completed.
  
  

• Includes date, number of leaflets distributed, and estimated households reached.
  
  
  

3. GPS Route Tracking / Driver Log (if using smartphones)

• Track delivery route via a phone app.
  
  

• Share screenshot or summary with clients.
  
  

4. Customer Feedback or Follow-Up (informal)

• Clients may check the target area after delivery for transparency and trust.

📜 Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment
   
   

   • Full payment is required before printing. Minimum order: 5,000 leaflets (£100).
     
     

   • Quotes are valid for 14 days from the issue date.
     
     

2. Artwork and Content
   
   

   • Clients must supply or approve artwork before printing.
     
     

   • Clients are responsible for all content accuracy and legal compliance.
     
     

   • We reserve the right to refuse any inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
     
     

3. Distribution Areas
   
   

   • Clients may choose specific streets or postcodes for delivery.
     
     

   • The chosen area must be within a 5-mile radius of the client’s physical business address.
     
     

   • If the requested area is unavailable, the campaign will be placed in the next available slot.
     
     

   • Clients will be notified prior to printing if scheduling or area adjustments are needed.
     
     

   • Each order must be consistent within one continuous area — separate areas require separate orders.
     
     

4. Printing and Layout
   
   

   • All adverts are printed black & white on double-sided 100 or 150 gsm A4 sheets.
     
     

   • Up to 8 A6 adverts per side (maximum 16 per sheet).
     
     

   • Placement on the sheet cannot be guaranteed.
     
     

   • No similar or competing businesses will appear on the same leaflet campaign.
     
     

5. Delivery Conditions
   
   

   • Distribution covers residential and/or business addresses within the approved 5-mile radius.
     
     

   • 100% coverage cannot be guaranteed due to gated properties, restricted access, or “No Junk Mail” signs.
     
     

   • Proof of delivery includes a route map, completion report, or photographic confirmation (as applicable).
     
     

6. Weather and Delays
   
   

   • Deliveries may be delayed during periods of bad weather (e.g., heavy rain, storms, snow, or unsafe conditions).
     
     

   • In such cases, distribution will resume as soon as reasonably possible.
     
     

   • Delays caused by weather, traffic, overlapping campaigns, or non-overlapping geographic routes are not the responsibility of Letterbox Marketing.
     
     

   • Our leaflet distribution system operates across dispersed and geographically divided areas, which may occasionally affect scheduling and delivery timing.
     
     

   • Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
     
     

7. Cancellations and Refunds
   
   

   • Cancellations must be made in writing at least 5 days before printing.
     
     

   • No refunds will be issued once printing or distribution has started.
     
     

   • A £20 administrative fee applies to cancelled or rescheduled orders before printing.
     
     

8. Liability
   
   

   • Letterbox Marketing is not responsible for business outcomes, responses, or sales results from any campaign.
     
     

   • Clients indemnify Letterbox Marketing against all claims arising from their advert content.
     
     

9. Force Majeure
   
   

   • We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, transport issues, or natural disasters.
     
     

10. Governing Law
    
    

    • All agreements are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
