About Letta Dicken

Letta Dicken, aka Letta the Queen is your, fun, fierce, and larger than life queen, being Maine's #1 Plus Size Drag Queen. When it comes to performing, She's not afraid to get silly stupid, and be herself serving camp, sass and sexiness'. Currently she is based in Portland, Maine, performing all over New England. She is best known for hosting Drag Bingo, hosting weekly RuPaul's Drag Race Viewing Party's, and being an activist for LGBTQIA+ Rights. 

Letta has her Bachelors Degree in Theatre from the University of Southern Maine. While she attended USM, she cultivated monthly Drag Extravaganza's, bringing in a wide verity of Queer Students performing with support from the student and faculty and showing up in attendance. These shows were recognized and nominated for the Event of the year awards for the University of Southern Maines Student Leadership Gala in the spring of 2022. In addition, Letta won 1st place at USMs 22nd Annual Royal Majesty Drag Show in March of 2022, after the coemption cam off of a two year hiatus because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Letta followed As well, she cam in 3rd place on Drag Safari, an online Drag Competition on Instagram.

Performing from Maine, into New Hampshire, and  Boston, Massachusetts, Letta is excited to share her art and drag with the world and see where new performance endeavors take her. She hopes to make a positive impacted in the world, make people smile, and inspire others.
