Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Let's Upscale mobile application (the "App") operated by Cloud Spirit Ltd ("we", "our", or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which incorporate Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA") available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Let's Upscale provides AI-powered image upscaling using open-source models. The App allows you to enhance the resolution and quality of your images directly on your device.

3. AI Models & Open-Source Licenses

The AI models used within the App (including Real-ESRGAN and related models) are provided under their respective open-source licenses. These models are made available "as-is" without warranty.

Any fees paid for subscriptions or premium features are contributions toward the ongoing development, maintenance, and support of the mobile application — not for the underlying AI models themselves.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Free Tier: Limited free access with advertisements and a daily credit allowance.

• Premium Subscription: Premium features (batch processing, ad removal, all models) are available through auto-renewable subscriptions.

• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Cancellation: Manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. No refunds for the current period upon cancellation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the App to process illegal, harmful, or objectionable content

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

• Circumvent any technical limitations or security measures

6. Intellectual Property

The App's design, interface, and original code are owned by Cloud Spirit Ltd. You retain full ownership of any images you process through the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as-is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of upscaled results, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Spirit Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

• Kündigung: Verwalten Sie Abonnements in Ihren Apple-ID-Einstellungen.

5. Zulässige Nutzung

Sie dürfen die App nur für rechtmäßige Zwecke verwenden. Reverse Engineering und Umgehung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen sind untersagt.

6. Geistiges Eigentum
