What happens during a coaching session?
Each session is a blend of teaching, conversation, and practical application. We’ll explore your Enneagram type, uncover what’s keeping you stuck, and create actionable steps for growth. Sessions are relaxed but intentional — my goal is to make you feel both understood and challenged in the best way.
How long are sessions, and how often should I schedule them?
Most sessions are 60 minutes. Some clients book one or two sessions for clarity on their type, while others prefer to meet regularly for continued growth. We’ll discuss what feels right for your goals — there’s no one-size-fits-all approach.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes! All coaching sessions are offered virtually, so you can meet from the comfort of your home (and in your comfiest clothes). I also offer in-person sessions or corporate events depending on location and availability.
How do I book a session?

Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details you need to prepare for your session.
When is payment due?
Payment is due when you book a session in order to hold your spot.
I take Venmo, PayPal or cash (if local)
