This PhD research aims to improve AI trustworthiness in Knowledge Graphs (KGs) by integrating Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) with Conformal Prediction (CP). Current GNNs often lack reliable uncertainty and interpretability. The project will develop "logic-aware" CP methods by incorporating First Order Logic (FOL) domain knowledge into GNNs. This seeks to generate more informative predictions with statistical guarantees, even for interdependent graph data where standard CP struggles, leading to more reliable and interpretable AI for critical KG tasks.
