Conditions of participation

ORGANISER

"Let's Do London" is a competition run by London & Partners, 169 Union Street, London SE1 0LL.

ELIGIBILITY

Any natural person over the age of 18 may enter. Employees and agents of London & Partners, their family members and household members are not eligible. London & Partners reserves the right to refuse the participation of individual persons from the outset for good cause or to exclude them from the competition at a later date and also to reclaim the prize. Good cause is deemed to exist, for example, in cases of abuse or fraud (including attempts) or other breaches of the conditions of participation. In such cases, London & Partners reserves the right to refuse prizes at a later date.

CONTENT OF THE COMPETITION

Participation in the competition is by submitting a fully completed entry form. Payment of the prize in cash or transfer to another person is not possible.

PARTICIPATION; PRIZE DETERMINATION

By submitting the entry card, the user agrees that, in the event of a win, the following may be used for the purpose of prize notification. His/her full first and last name may be published on the homepage and social channels of London & Partners for the purpose of notifying the winner.

PRIVACY

Privacy Information: The Promoter will only process personal data for the purposes of this competition based on the consent of each entrant in accordance with Article 6(1a) of the EU GDPR.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

The drawing of the winner will take place in June 2022. The winners will be informed promptly by post, e-mail or telephone.

DEADLINE FOR PARTICIPATION

The competition begins on 25 May 2022 and the closing date is 30 June 2022 at 23:59.

DISCLAIMER / MODIFICATION AND EARLY TERMINATION OF THE COMPETITION

The Promoter is not liable for the availability of the Facebook or Instagram website or its own Facebook or Instagram website. The Promoter is also not liable for any transmission errors. The Organiser reserves the right to terminate the competition prematurely in whole or in part at any time, even without notice, or to change its course if it is not possible for technical reasons (e.g. computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software and hardware) or legal reasons to carry out the competition properly.

This competition is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed or organised in any way by Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter or Instagram. The recipient of the data provided by the participant is not Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter or Instagram, but the organiser. The participants release Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram from any liability resulting from claims in connection with the implementation of the competition (in particular its publication and organisation). Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the competition should be addressed directly to the Promoter and not to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter or Instagram.

CONCLUSIONS UK law applies. No recourse to the courts is permitted.
