Becoming a Let's Talk Race Facilitator

Your journey to becoming a facilitator starts here

Five modules that will prepare you to facilitate conversations about race in your community

Individuals interested in advancing a LTR program should not only work through the facilitation modules with a partner but also lead a courageous conversation about race together as a facilitation team. We recommend going on this learning journey with others and finding time to discuss each module and envision the Let's Talk Race program in your community/organization collectively. Each module has pause points for reflection, conversation prompts, and planning approaches to support collaboration.
