CONFIDENTIALITY - all emails are deleted after the appointment follow up, and you are encouraged to use nicknames for the First and Last name fields.

CALL APPOINTMENT DETAILS - please plan to be in a quiet space, not distracted and not driving. Arrive at your quiet location 15 minutes before our meeting time, I will attempt to connect approx 5 mins before our meeting time. 

We will use Google Meet for our call - we will not share real phone numbers. If the video icon shows on your Google Meet invite, please de-select it, we will not be on a video call. 

If there is anything you would like for me to have as a reference for our meeting, please send it by email a minimum of one hour before our meeting time (examples: photos, links or documents ect...)
