"I Own It" accountability strategy around Customer Service "First Contact" Resolution. Agents are encouraged to leave a lasting impression as they "touch" customer's accounts and resolve issues.
Style cues embedded into the overall communication strategy. Contrasting light and heavy weighted fonts used to emphasize and easily identify key words and phrases that increases quick filtering of relevant content.

The SPC Hub was developed to solve for a need to have a "one stop shop" for team news, organization information and resources.
This website serves as a "hub" that also connects to other sites and external resources.
Similar to the SPC Hub, the CSG Hub was designed as a wayfinder for embedded and linked resources. The request was to build a Webmag-styled website. Following the Technology theme, there are subtle historicial design elements such as 8-bit artwork combined with real world photography.
Employee Recognition Strategy with vivid and fun award logo designs that serve as the identity for deeply meaningful and qualitative recognition categories. The overall mission is "Every employee has the opportunity and space to be recognized in a meaningful way for performance and leadership achievements."
Examples of Senior leadership messaging that is connected to the identity of the workgroup, key priorities, and familiar voice of the leader.
It is important that all aspects of the message are harmonious. The imagery matches the tone of the message; although somber, it remains celebratory, and hopeful for the future.
This collection of written, produced and edited videos highlights soulful storytelling that connects the audience to their leadership and culture. From humorous "cold open" sketches, to authentic moments captured at the various events set to energetic and moving soundtracks experiences should be remembered in a way that brings back the same feelings and energy of the event itself.
