Meet Marie

Hi, I'm Marie Dorisca, the founder of LET MYD Business Solutions.  

I've always enjoyed organizing projects, solving problems, and creating systems that work more efficient.  Throughout my career, I've gained experience in business operations, customer service, administrative support, document management, and project management.

Returning to school to complete my Business Administration degree while working full-time and raising my family strengthened my time management, adaptability, and commitment to continuous growth.  Those experiences shape the way I approach every client relationship-with professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.

Featured Project

Managing the Construction of My Father's Home

One of the most meaningful projects was managing the construction of my father's home in Port Saint Lucie, Florida.

Although I managed the project primarily from Massachusetts, I coordinated communication with the builder, monitored construction progress, organized documentation, reviewed project updates, tracked milestones, and helped keep every phase moving forward from planning through completion.

Beyond project management, I was responsible for many of the home's design and finish selections.  I selected the exterior and interior paint colors, roofing materials and color, flooring, cabinetry, counter tops, fixtures, lighting, hardware, furniture, and finishing details throughout the home.  I also designed the layouts for the kitchen and the primary bathroom, balancing functionality, aesthetics, and the family's needs while staying within the overall project vision.

Managing the project from another state required strong organization, communication, decision-making, and attention to detail.  This experience strengthened my project management skills and reinforced my ability to successfully coordinate complex projects from start to finish.
