To apply, complete the attached form and submit your $200.00 application fee, using the link provided within the above application. Application fees are applicable to tuition for accepted applicants, and are non-refundable.

Application deadline for 2027 cohort: 12/31/26

Tuition for the program is $1800.00 per person. This includes all training weekends, online modules, and live virtual meetings. A program manual will also be provided. The cost does NOT include required text books, which may be purchased for under $100.00 using the links below, or by ordering through your favorite book store.
