🙋🏻‍♀️ Standard check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 Noon. Kindly note that check-in time may be shifted to 4:00 PM during high occupancy periods.

➤ Reservations are on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis. The first client to secure their deposit gets the slot. We require a 50% downpayment.

➤ No Downpayment. No Reservation.

➤ In order to secure your reservation, we kindly request a security deposit of ₱5,000. This amount will be fully refunded upon your departure, provided that no incidental charges are incurred during your stay.

➤ The balance will be paid in cash at the resort UPON CHECK-IN. 

➤ Downpayment is NON-REFUNDABLE. NON APPEARANCE on the schedule will be forfeited.

➤ Strictly no refunds, only rebookings. We entertain rebookings 7 days or more prior to your check-in date. This applies to all guests.

➤ Rebooking is allowed as long as the guest will notify the resort administrator at least 7 days prior to the reservation. Rebooking fee of P350 will be applied. We only allow rebooking once.

➤ FAILURE TO SEND US THE COPY OF YOUR DEPOSIT SLIP MEANS NO RESERVATION.

➤ Ocular visit is allowed (by appointment only).

👉 Corkage

➤ Rates are strictly valid for the specified number of guests (children are included in the headcount; infants up to 3 years old stay free of charge). An additional fee of PHP 1,000 will be charged for each person exceeding the allowed number of guests

➤ Catering Services - 3,000 Corkage Fee

➤ A minimum fee of PHP 100 per appliance will be charged for additional appliances brought into the resort, such as rice cookers, electric kettles, amplifiers, etc.

👉 Pets

Small pets are allowed at the resort but are not permitted in the bedrooms. Please ensure they wear a diaper at all times, and any damages caused by pets will incur charges.

🐱🐶🐕🐾 Pets are absolutely NOT ALLOWED inside the room.

👉 Kids, PWD & Senior citizen discount

Le Riziere gives a 20% discount to Senior Citizens or Persons with Disability. Discount shall only apply on the pro-rated share of the package rate of the entitled person. The discount will be deducted in the Resort upon arrival and presentation of the required Philippine-Issued Senior Citizen’s or Person with Disability Identification Card. Senior and PWD discount cannot be availed in conjunction with any of our on-going promos.

👉 Children under the age of three are admitted to the resort free of charge, but this offer is limited to a maximum of three kids.

👉 Smoking Policy 

Le Rizière is committed to catering to the needs of all guests. A designated smoking area is located outside the Villas for your convenience. However, usage of shisha, cigarettes, vape pens, and e-cigarettes is prohibited in all guest rooms. A fee equivalent to Php 1000.00 per incident will be charged to your account if a smoking incident occurs in your room during your stay.
