Work Process
Process Stages: Order Definition / Payment / Sketches / Client Review / Finishing / Delivery
The process stages may vary depending on the commission, including an additional review during the flat color phase if a full-color commission, illustration, or character sheet has been requested.
Estimated Delivery Time: 1-2 weeks
The commission will be completed within a maximum of two weeks, a timeframe that may be reduced depending on the type of commission. If I need more time to complete the commission, whether for personal reasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, I will communicate this through the channel chosen to confirm the order.
Orders are started according to the order of payment.
The main communication channel will be my Instagram (@lera.draws) or my email lera.ilustrator@gmail.com. Once the channel is agreed upon, it cannot be changed.
Revisions and Changes
Limited number of changes and revisions: 2 minor or major revisions during the sketch phase are free, and 1 additional revision during the flat color phase if your commission is for a full color piece, an illustration, or a character sheet.
Minor changes after those included free of charge will incur an extra cost of 10% of the base price.
New requests, considered major changes, that were not initially agreed upon will incur an extra cost of 20% of the base price.
Usage and Rights
I retain the rights to the work as the author.
Personal use is included by default, provided I am credited as the author in the image caption
Commercial use is not included and is prohibited unless agreed upon beforehand (such use incurs an extra cost).
Resale of the product to third parties is prohibited, as is its use for NFT/AI/Blockchain (without prior agreement) or modifications of the product without permission.
Publication and Portfolio
I reserve the right to display the product on social media and in my portfolio.
If privacy is desired, this can be agreed upon beforehand by paying an extra 30% of the base price.
I reserve the right to record videos of the process or create reels to promote my work.
References and Order Details
The client must provide images, clear descriptions, or mood boards that detail their idea and give me a suitable basis to work from.
If the idea is unclear, a short period of time is acceptable to agree on the commission details together between the client and the illustrator
I do not accept major changes if they are due to a lack of detailed information or references in the initial phase, or after the first revisions
Client Conduct
Abusive language, harassment, or excessive pressure may lead to cancellation of the order without a refund
If the client does not respond for an extended period during any phase, the order may be paused or canceled, without the right to a refund
Content I Reject
Hate speech or political content
Illegal content
Plagiarism or copying of other artists
Anything else I am not comfortable with
