JUNELYN ("we", "our", or "us") processes personal information as described below to provide the LEOSTRATE beta service (the "Service"). The Service is currently in a private beta stage and is available only to invited testers.
1. Information We Collect
① When You Use the Service
Account — Google account email, nickname (upon Google sign-in)
Facial images — Selfie photographs for skin analysis (when you capture/upload)
Skin analysis results — Seven skin metrics (oiliness, pores, wrinkles, pigmentation, redness, moisture, texture), regional analysis images (heatmaps separated from the original photo) (generated upon analysis)
Surveys — Skin type, age range, skin concerns, sensitivity history, ingredient experience; sleep, stress, alcohol, diet, smoking, sun exposure, indoor environment; work/commute patterns (during onboarding/surveys)
Test survey responses — Responses to the surveys we send during and at the end of a test (Google Forms), and the email address used to link your answers to your account (when you respond to a survey (optional))
Health data — Sleep duration (including whether the record came from a health app or was entered manually, and technical details such as integration status and record count), step count (with Apple Health / Health Connect consent) (device health app integration)
Location — Latitude/longitude (for weather, UV, and air-quality lookup — rounded to two decimal places (about 1 km) for the lookup and not stored) (with device location permission)
Daily weather records — Hourly UV index, temperature, humidity, precipitation, and particulate matter (PM10 · PM2.5) values by date (coordinates and place names are not included) (values received from the weather service at selfie or automatic analysis; days without a record are backfilled for up to 28 days)
Schedule — Calendar event type and date only, to assess skin load (event titles are not stored) (with calendar permission)
Usage records — Shooting-condition self-reports, daily feedback, AI concierge conversations, care recommendation history (during Service use)
Device info — Device model, OS type/version, app version (automatic)
② Collected Only from Test Participants (Test Version of the App Only)
Daily check-ins — Morning: the times you fell asleep and woke up last night and how well you slept, how your skin feels now (oiliness, dryness, redness, breakouts, pores, dullness, texture), and whether last night's entry is still accurate · Daytime: time spent outdoors so far and when, sunscreen, outdoor exercise (type, duration, intensity, end time), and whether you followed the recommendations and, if not, why · Evening: drinking tonight (number of drinks, time of the last drink), working late (end time), stress (level; work-related or not) · Answers to follow-up questions about missed check-ins, "not applicable" responses, and the time of each entry (when you respond on the check-in screen)
Post-selfie questions — How your skin feels compared with your last selfie (better, about the same, or worse; degree; area), shooting conditions (time since you washed your face, what you had applied to your face), and the link to that selfie's analysis result (when you respond right after taking a selfie)
Weekly check-in — Whether you had skin irritation this week, newly used cosmetics, procedures, or dermatological medication, indoor environment, and whether the app's explanations were accurate (including the explanation text shown to you at the time) (when you respond, once a week during the test)
Irritation reports — Type of irritation (stinging, redness, flaking), severity, timing, the cosmetic you suspect as the cause (one you were already using, a newly used one, or not sure), and the time of the report (when you tap "Report irritation" (자극 알리기))
Trait survey — How often you drank in the past month and how many drinks you have on drinking days, whether your face turns red after drinking, stress in the past month and its main cause, sleep quality and usual sleep duration in the past month, smoking (including e-cigarettes), diet, the number of days you exercised in the past week, and skin type (when you respond on the first and last days of the test)
App usage records — The type and time of the following: opening the app, viewing screens (results, care, today's guidance, past records), taking a selfie, opening the app from a notification, and opening the check-in screen (screen contents, text you enter, and location are not included) (recorded automatically while you use the test version of the app (Section 7))
Participation consent records — The time you consented to participate in the test, the version of the consent text you agreed to, and the test type (when you consent on the participation consent screen)
The items in ② are collected only after you consent on the test participation consent screen, which appears when you first open the test version of the app, and are not collected before you consent. The version of the app released to the public does not include the items in ②.
2. Purposes of Processing
Skin condition analysis and personalized care guidance
Condition tracking (Condition Score) and tailored recommendations
To compare and analyze, for each person separately, how weather and seasons affect their skin changes (the daily weather records in Section 1 ①)
Beta-test data analysis for service improvement
Service operation and security (error diagnosis, abuse prevention)
(Test participants only) To check that the revised app records data correctly, and to refine the questions and analysis methods for the next product test — Section 1 ②
(Test participants only) To see how often you open the app on your own, and to check that tapping a notification opens the check-in screen directly — the app usage records in Section 1 ②; this is not related to test rewards
The items in Section 1 ② are not used to assess your skin condition or to make any medical judgment.
3. Facial Images (Sensitive Data)
Selfie originals are used only transiently for analysis and are automatically deleted immediately upon completion. We do not retain selfie originals.
Only non-identifiable derivatives are stored (regional analysis heatmaps and numeric metrics).
Analysis data is managed under pseudonymous identifiers separated from your name and contact details (pseudonymization).
4. Third-Party Provision, Processing Outsourcing, and Cross-Border Transfer
Perfect Corp. — Items: selfie images · Purpose: skin analysis processing · Country: Taiwan (servers on AWS; international transfer may include the U.S.) · Retention: deleted after processing — per their retention schedule, originals within 1 hour and analysis output within 24 hours
OpenAI, L.L.C. — Items: skin metrics & lifestyle data (pseudonymized) · Purpose: AI care guidance generation · Country: United States · Retention: API data is not used for model training; retained up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, then deleted
OpenMeteo GmbH (Open-Meteo) — Items: latitude/longitude (rounded to two decimal places) · Purpose: weather, UV, air-quality lookup · Country: Switzerland · Retention: processed immediately; server logs that may contain coordinates are deleted after 90 days
Supabase Inc. — Items: service data (pseudonymized) · Purpose: cloud storage & processing · Country: U.S. company; data stored in Seoul, Republic of Korea (AWS ap-northeast-2) · Retention: duration of the outsourcing contract
Google LLC (Google Forms) — Items: test survey responses, email address used to link your account · Purpose: collecting and storing test surveys (outsourced processing) · Country: United States · Retention: same as the retention period for test survey responses in Section 5
The test participation records in Section 1 ② are not provided to the overseas providers above and are stored only in Supabase's storage located in Seoul. Selfie analysis and AI guidance text are processed in the same way as shown in the table above.
You may refuse cross-border transfer; however, the Service cannot be provided in that case, as all analysis is processed through the providers above.
5. Retention and Destruction
Selfie originals — Deleted immediately upon analysis completion
Regional analysis images (heatmaps) — 2 years from creation
Analysis records, surveys, usage records — Until account deletion or consent withdrawal
Daily weather records — 25 months from the date of the record (to compare skin changes across the same season over two years); destroyed earlier together with your data upon account deletion or consent withdrawal
Test participation records (Section 1 ②) and test survey responses — Kept after the test ends for analysis purposes only; destroyed without delay upon your deletion request (consent withdrawal)
Consent & NDA records (including test participation consent) — Destroyed together upon account deletion or consent withdrawal; only a record of the destruction (pseudonymous identifier, time of destruction, number of items per category) is kept for 3 years for dispute response
Personal information whose retention period has expired or whose purpose has been fulfilled is destroyed without delay by irreversible means. Electronic files are deleted so that they cannot be restored.
6. Consent Withdrawal and Deletion Requests
You may withdraw consent and request deletion of collected data at any time.
How: send a request in the KakaoTalk chat in which you received information about the Service (test), or email the operator at contact@junelyn.com
Effect: new analysis processing (including facial images) stops immediately upon withdrawal (server-side block); collected data is destroyed without delay and the result is reported back to you. Information subject to statutory retention obligations is stored separately for the required period and then destroyed.
Deletion is carried out per account; individual items cannot be selected for deletion. If you request account deletion, your test participation records (Section 1 ②) and test survey responses are also destroyed.
Consent to the collection and use of test participation records (Section 1 ②) is a condition of participating in the test. If you do not consent, or if you withdraw consent, you cannot take part in the test (your participation ends); there is no disadvantage to you for stopping.
7. Automatic Records in the Test Version of the App
The test version of the app automatically keeps, within the app, the app usage records described in Section 1 ② (the type and time of feature use). These records are kept only after you consent to participate in the test and do not include screen contents, text you enter, or location. If you do not want these records kept, you can stop participating in the test using the method in Section 6. The version of the app released to the public does not keep these records.
8. Children Under 14
The Service is not offered to children under 14, and we do not collect personal information from children under 14.
9. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information. Requests are accepted via Section 6 and handled without delay.
10. Security Measures
Separation of analysis data from real-name accounts (pseudonymization)
Role-based access control; encryption in transit (HTTPS)
System-enforced immediate deletion of selfie originals
Test participation records (Section 1 ②) are also stored under the same pseudonymous identifiers, and access is controlled so that each user can access only their own records

13. Changes to This Policy
If this Policy changes, we will notify you of the changes in advance through the app or the posting page.

JUNELYN(이하 "회사")는 LEOSTRATE 베타 서비스(이하 "서비스") 제공을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보를 처리합니다. 본 서비스는 현재 비공개 베타 테스트 단계로, 초대된 테스터에 한해 제공됩니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목
① 서비스 이용 시
계정 — 구글 계정 이메일, 닉네임 (수집: 구글 로그인 시)
얼굴 이미지 — 피부 분석용 셀피 사진 (수집: 이용자가 촬영·업로드 시)
피부 분석 결과 — 피부 7개 지표(피지·모공·주름·색소·홍조·수분·피부결) 점수, 부위별 분석 이미지(원본 사진과 분리된 히트맵) (수집: 셀피 분석 시 자동 생성)
설문 — 피부 타입·연령대·피부 고민·민감 이력·사용 경험 성분, 수면·스트레스·음주·식습관·흡연·햇빛 노출·실내 환경, 근무·이동 패턴 (수집: 온보딩·설문 응답 시)
테스트 설문 응답 — 테스트 중·종료 때 보내 드리는 설문(구글 폼)의 응답, 답변을 계정과 연결하기 위한 이메일 (수집: 설문에 응답 시(선택))
건강 데이터 — 수면 시간(건강 앱에서 온 기록인지 직접 입력인지의 구분, 연동 상태·기록 수 같은 기술 정보 포함), 걸음 수 (Apple 건강 / Health Connect 연동 동의 시) (수집: 기기 건강 앱 연동)
위치정보 — 위도·경도 (날씨·자외선·대기질 조회 목적 — 소수 둘째 자리(약 1km)로 반올림해 조회하며, 저장하지 않음) (수집: 기기 위치 권한 허용 시)
일별 날씨 기록 — 날짜별 시간대별 자외선 지수, 기온, 습도, 강수량, 미세먼지(PM10 · PM2.5) 값 (좌표 · 지역 이름은 담기지 않음) (수집: 셀피 분석 또는 자동 분석 시 날씨 서비스에서 받은 값 · 기록이 없는 지난 날은 최대 28일까지 소급 조회)
일정 정보 — 캘린더 일정의 종류·날짜(야근·출장 등 피부 부담 판정 목적 — 일정 제목은 저장하지 않음) (수집: 캘린더 권한 허용 시)
이용 기록 — 촬영 조건 자기보고, 일일 피드백, AI 안내 대화 내용, 맞춤 관리 제안 이력 (수집: 서비스 이용 시)
기기 정보 — 기기 모델, OS 종류·버전, 앱 버전 (수집: 자동 수집)
② 테스트 참여자에 한해 수집하는 항목 (테스트용 앱에서만)
매일 기록 — 아침: 어젯밤 잠든·깬 시각과 잠의 질, 지금 피부 느낌(번들거림·건조함·붉어짐·트러블·모공·칙칙함·피부결), 어젯밤 기록이 그대로인지 · 낮: 지금까지 바깥에 있던 시간과 그 시간대, 선크림, 야외 운동(종류·시간·강도·끝난 시각), 추천 실천 여부와 하지 않은 이유 · 밤: 오늘 밤 음주(잔 수·마지막 잔 시각), 늦게까지 일한 것(끝난 시각), 스트레스(정도·업무/업무 외) · 놓친 구간을 이어서 여쭌 답, 「해당 없음」 응답, 각 기록의 시각 (수집: 기록 화면에 응답 시)
셀피 직후 질문 — 마지막 셀피 대비 느낌(좋아짐·비슷함·나빠짐, 정도, 부위), 촬영 조건(세안 후 지난 시간, 얼굴에 바른 것), 그 셀피의 분석 결과와의 연결 (수집: 셀피 촬영 직후 응답 시)
주간 체크 — 이번 주 피부 자극 여부, 새로 쓴 화장품·시술·피부과 약, 실내 환경, 앱 설명이 맞았는지(그때 보여 드린 설명 문장 포함) (수집: 테스트 중 주 1회 응답 시)
자극 알리기 — 자극 종류(따가움·붉어짐·각질), 정도, 시점, 원인으로 짐작하는 화장품(쓰던 화장품·새로 쓴 화장품·모름), 알린 시각 (수집: 「자극 알리기」를 누를 때)
성향 설문 — 지난 한 달 음주 빈도와 마시는 날 잔 수, 술 마신 뒤 얼굴이 붉어지는지, 지난 한 달 스트레스와 주 원인, 지난 한 달 잠의 질과 평소 수면 시간, 흡연(전자담배 포함), 식단, 지난 일주일 운동한 날, 피부 타입 (수집: 테스트 첫날과 마지막 날 응답 시)
앱 사용 기록 — 앱 열기 · 화면 보기(결과 · 케어 · 오늘의 안내 · 지난 기록) · 셀피 찍기 · 알림 눌러 열기 · 기록 화면 열기의 종류와 시각 (화면 내용 · 입력하신 글 · 위치는 담기지 않음) (수집: 테스트용 앱 사용 중 자동 기록(제7조))
참여 동의 기록 — 테스트 참여에 동의한 시각, 동의한 문안의 판, 테스트 구분 (수집: 참여 동의 화면에서 동의 시)
②의 항목은 테스트용 앱을 처음 열 때 나오는 테스트 참여 동의 화면에서 동의하신 뒤부터 수집하며, 동의 전에는 수집하지 않습니다. 실제 출시되는 앱에는 ②의 항목이 없습니다.
2. 처리 목적
피부 상태 분석 및 개인 맞춤 케어 안내 제공
피부 변화 추적(Condition Score)과 맞춤 관리 제안 생성
날씨·계절이 내 피부 변화에 주는 영향을 사람마다 따로 비교·분석(제1조 ①의 일별 날씨 기록)
서비스 품질 개선을 위한 베타 테스트 데이터 분석
서비스 운영·보안(오류 진단, 비정상 이용 차단)

3. 얼굴 이미지(민감정보)의 처리
셀피 원본은 분석 처리 목적으로만 일시 사용되며, 분석 완료 즉시 자동 삭제됩니다. 회사는 셀피 원본을 보관하지 않습니다.
저장되는 것은 얼굴을 식별할 수 없는 파생물(부위별 분석 히트맵 이미지, 수치 지표)뿐입니다.
분석 데이터는 실명·연락처와 분리된 가명 식별자로 관리됩니다(가명처리).
4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁 (국외 이전 포함)
Perfect Corp. — 이전 항목: 셀피 이미지 · 목적: 피부 분석 처리 · 소재국: 대만 (서버: AWS · 국제 이전 시 미국 등 포함 가능) · 보유 기간: 분석 처리 후 삭제 — 해당사 보존 정책 기준 원본 1시간·분석 결과 24시간 이내 영구 삭제
OpenAI, L.L.C. — 이전 항목: 피부 지표·생활 데이터(가명) · 목적: AI 케어 안내 생성 · 소재국: 미국 · 보유 기간: API 데이터는 모델 학습에 사용되지 않으며, 남용 모니터링 목적으로 최대 30일 보관 후 삭제
OpenMeteo GmbH (Open-Meteo) — 이전 항목: 위도·경도(소수 둘째 자리로 반올림) · 목적: 날씨·자외선·대기질 조회 · 소재국: 스위스 · 보유 기간: 조회 즉시 처리, 좌표가 포함될 수 있는 서버 로그는 90일 후 삭제
Supabase Inc. — 이전 항목: 서비스 데이터 전반(가명) · 목적: 클라우드 저장·처리 위탁 · 소재국: 미국 법인, 데이터는 대한민국(서울, AWS ap-northeast-2 리전)에 저장 · 보유 기간: 위탁 계약 기간
Google LLC (구글 폼) — 이전 항목: 테스트 설문 응답, 계정 연결용 이메일 · 목적: 테스트 설문 수집·보관 위탁 · 소재국: 미국 · 보유 기간: 제5조 「테스트 설문 응답」 보유 기간과 같음
제1조 ②의 테스트 참여 기록은 위 국외 업체에 제공하지 않으며, Supabase의 서울 소재 저장소에만 저장합니다. 셀피 분석과 AI 안내 문구는 위 표와 같은 방식으로 처리합니다.
이용자는 국외 이전을 거부할 수 있으나, 이 경우 서비스 이용이 불가합니다(분석 처리가 전부 위 사업자를 경유합니다).
5. 보유 기간 및 파기
셀피 원본 — 분석 완료 즉시 삭제
부위별 분석 이미지(히트맵) — 생성일로부터 2년
분석 기록·설문·이용 기록 — 회원 탈퇴 또는 동의 철회 시까지
일별 날씨 기록 — 해당 날짜로부터 25개월(같은 계절의 피부 변화를 2년에 걸쳐 비교하기 위해) · 그 전이라도 회원 탈퇴 또는 동의 철회 시 함께 파기
테스트 참여 기록(제1조 ②) · 테스트 설문 응답 — 테스트가 끝나면 분석 목적으로만 보관하며, 삭제를 요청하시면(동의 철회) 지체 없이 파기
동의·NDA 기록(테스트 참여 동의 포함) — 회원 탈퇴 또는 동의 철회 시 함께 파기 · 파기 사실 기록(가명 식별자 · 파기 시각 · 항목별 건수)만 분쟁 대응 목적으로 3년 보관
보유 기간이 지나거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 지체 없이 복구 불가능한 방법으로 파기합니다. 전자 파일은 삭제 후 복원되지 않도록 처리합니다.
6. 동의 철회 및 삭제 요청
이용자는 언제든지 개인정보 수집·이용 동의를 철회하고 수집된 데이터의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
방법: 서비스(테스트) 안내를 받으신 카카오톡 대화 또는 운영자 이메일(contact@junelyn.com)로 요청
효력: 철회 즉시 얼굴 이미지 등 신규 분석 처리가 중단되며(서버 차단), 기존 수집 데이터는 지체 없이 파기하고 그 결과를 회신합니다. 단, 다른 법령에 따라 보존 의무가 있는 정보는 해당 기간 동안 분리 보관 후 파기합니다.
삭제는 계정 단위로 이루어지며, 일부 항목만 골라 삭제할 수는 없습니다. 계정 삭제를 요청하시면 테스트 참여 기록(제1조 ②)과 테스트 설문 응답도 함께 파기됩니다.
테스트 참여 기록(제1조 ②)의 수집·이용 동의는 테스트 참여의 조건입니다. 동의하지 않으시거나 철회하시면 테스트에 참여하실 수 없으며(참여 종료), 그만두셔도 불이익은 없습니다.
7. 테스트용 앱의 자동 기록
테스트용 앱은 제1조 ②의 앱 사용 기록(기능 사용의 종류와 시각)을 앱 안에서 자동으로 남깁니다. 이 기록은 테스트 참여에 동의하신 뒤에만 남고, 화면 내용 · 입력하신 글 · 위치는 담기지 않습니다. 원하지 않으시면 제6조의 방법으로 테스트 참여를 그만두실 수 있습니다. 실제 출시되는 앱은 이 기록을 남기지 않습니다.
8. 만 14세 미만 아동
본 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동에게 제공되지 않으며, 만 14세 미만의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
9. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청은 제6조의 방법으로 접수하며 지체 없이 처리합니다.
10. 안전성 확보 조치
분석 데이터와 실명 계정의 분리 보관(가명처리)
접근 권한 통제(역할 기반 접근 제어), 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS)
셀피 원본 즉시 삭제의 시스템적 강제
테스트 참여 기록(제1조 ②)도 같은 가명 식별자로 저장하며, 이용자 본인의 기록에만 접근할 수 있도록 통제

12. 의료 관련 고지
본 서비스는 의료 자문·진단·치료·의료 서비스를 제공하지 않습니다. 모든 정보와 AI 안내는 정보 제공 및 스킨케어 참고 목적으로만 제공됩니다. 의학적 우려 사항은 자격을 갖춘 의료 전문가와 상담하시기 바랍니다.
13. 고지 의무
본 방침이 변경되는 경우 앱 또는 게시 페이지를 통해 변경 사항을 사전 고지합니다.
