Leopard's Lair is located in a small village in Rajasthan, a community of artisans, typical Rajasthani folk, and farmers. It's a secluded little village, a ten-minute drive by vehicle from the small railway station of Bera. The countryside is rugged, with typical desert vegetation, and amazing hiking trails, scenic desert scenes, lakes, and dams. It is assessable by road from all major cities of Rajasthan, like Udaipur, Jodhpur and Mount Abu.

Leopard's Lair contemporary cottages were designed by the Host Thaker Devi Singh Of Bera. It is specially adapted to severe desert living conditions. Guests will delight in these colourful and cheerful air-conditioned cottages and will appreciate the craftsman's cadence.

What To Carry:

In winter, the days are pleasant but the nights and early mornings the peak time for the Safaris can be a bitterly cold experience for guests who do not carry warm clothing. Bring lots, of film.There are scenic vistas everywhere and only a handful of small stores with limited supplies.In keeping with our Rajasthani tradition, we request you to try and understand our Village folk's sentiments and bear with their curiosities of trying to please guests that drop into the village.

We are home to a pair of friendly Basset Hounds, well-behaved dogs, who never enter the guest bedrooms.
