Chi-Un Lei, Leon

With extensive experience in digital learning initiatives, I have contributed to higher education and K-12 education throughout Hong Kong and the Asia-Pacific region. Several of my educational development projects have been shortlisted in the QS Re-Imagine Education Award or the THE Awards Asia. 

As an IEEE Senior Member and an Advance HE Principal Fellow, I earned my PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Hong Kong (2011) and my EdM in Human Resources Development from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (2022).
