2.  For Hardest in beyond*, all previous + Indicators (fps).

3.  For Easiest (+Increased) main list, all previous + Indicators (cps).

4.  For Middle level list, all previous + Indicators (click delay).

5.  (if with gdhm) For Increased hardest list, all previous + Indicators (noclip accuracy).

6.  For Hardest main list, all previous + Indicators (cheat indicator).
