ARRI Alexa mini VS Smartphone - Workshopleader - 12.10.24

Non-profit workshop in collaboration with Lean Art e.V., 25P cine rental Berlin, and the "Zukunft geht raus" funding.

Hands on comparision between a cinema camera and a modern smartphone, what sets them apart and how you can enhance any smartphone footage. Not just theory but also hands on testing with the 7 participants and real life experience. In focus was showing that you do not always need the best available but rather the right tool for the right job.

Teaching the different characteristics of individual light sources to a class of about 25 participants. Also hands on experience in lighting 1 scene in 3 different moods.

Hip-Hop musicvideo workshops with school classes

Since 2025, I had the opportunity to lead several multi-day hip-hop music video workshops with german middleschool classes in collaboration with the artist Brice Nubreeze Bartone. Together with the students and Brice, we developed the creative concepts and handled the full production process of the music videos — from initial idea to final execution. The workshops offered the children valuable hands-on insight into creative storytelling, teamwork, and professional media production.

Supporting professor Sung Hyung Cho on the "Blind Date Exchange Film" seminar at HBK Saar.

Bi-weekly film adaptations and discussions of short films in the style of cine cabarets where you have 2 weeks to start and complete a project including script writing, shooting and post production.
