Naphtali/Butler
Dominic Angello is the son of Harmony and Joshua Angello and is an incoming sophomore at Leon High School. He has been actively involved in Leon’s choir program as a member of Overture and is an incoming member of Capital Singers. He also is involved in and has been inducted into the Leon Thespian Troupe #1429. He would love to thank the directors for allowing him to participate in this wonderful opportunity, as well as his family and friends for all the support that they all give him. He knows how much they have all helped him grow and is forever thankful to them.

Jordan Blodgett is the daughter of Kara Loewe and David Blodgett and is a rising senior at Leon High School. She is excited to be in her first musical ever! She is also a part of Leon's Melodears, and will serve as the Secretary for Capital Singers in the 2023-school year. She would like to thank her chorus directors for their encouragement and her family and friends for their support and endless musical knowledge.

Claude Booker is the son of Anna Crooms and Claude Booker and is a rising sophomore at Leon High School. He is excited to be a part of the cast this year as this is his first time performing in a musical. Claude is actively involved in Leon’s performing arts. This is his first year in chorus and marching band; next year, he will be in Capital Singers and drum line during marching season. Claude would like to thank the directors for allowing him to be a part of this amazing production, and Keen Williams who really got him involved into music/performance.

Peyton Bradford is the daughter of Dawn and Will Bradford and is a rising senior at Community Christian School. She is thrilled to be in her third Leon summer show. She has previously been seen in Little Women (Josephine March), Into the Woods (Milky White and Granny), Beauty and the Beast (Ensemble), Beauty and the Beast (Mrs. Potts), and Anastasia (Ensemble). Sion Brown is the daughter of Shayla and Shane Brown and is a rising junior at Leon High School. She is beyond excited and grateful to be participating in her second Leon summer musical. She is actively involved in the Leon Marching Redcoats dance team earning superior ratings on her solo at the District and State levels. She is also a member of the Thespians troupe. She also participates in her dance ministry at her church, the family worship and praise center. Her previous shows include The Nutcracker (Flower), Seussical the Musical (Featured dancer), Beauty and the Beast (Belle), Aladdin (Jasmine), High School Musical (Cheerleader), Beauty and the Beast (Featured dancer/ensemble), and Footloose (Featured singer). In the fall, she will be a part of Leon’s Capital Singers and Melodears. She would like to thank her parents and grandparents for being her biggest fans and her oldest sister, Sanai, for being someone to look up to when it came to musical theatre.
Jacob
Joseph Christie is the son of Jim and Ruthanne Christie and is a rising senior at Leon High School. This is Joseph's first Leon show and first semester in Leon Chorus. He was a student at Young Actors Theatre from 2015 to 2018. He is part of Leon's 2023 - 2024 Capital Singers and Madrigals. Joseph will also serve as the 2023–2024 Commander of Leon High School's Marine Junior ROTC Battalion. Joseph would also like to thank Mrs. Peck and Ms. Smith for being so welcoming and giving him the opportunity to perform in the Leon summer show.

Julia Cline is the daughter of Katherine Cline Ashler and Andy Ashler, and is a rising freshman at Chiles High School. She is thrilled to be in her first Leon summer show. She is actively involved at Young Actors Theatre and Deerlake Middle School Theatre. She has previously been seen in Elf (Ensemble), The Addams Family, Jr. (Chimneysweep Ancestor), The Wizard of Oz (Featured Munchkin), Legally Blonde, Jr. (Whitney, Saleswoman and Featured Ensemble) and Elf, Jr. (Macy’s Salesperson, Featured Ensemble). Renata Garcia is a recent graduate of Chiles High School and the daughter of Fernando and Mayte Garcia. She is super excited to be in her very first Leon summer show! She will be attending Florida State University in the fall and pursuing a major in communications. She would like to thank her family, Tyler, and Maggie for encouraging her to audition for the show!

Zola Geyer is the daughter of Grant and Emily Geyer and is a home-schooled rising sophomore. She is delighted to be in her second Leon summer show! She has previously been seen in Mary Poppins, Jr. (Mary Poppins), Beauty and the Beast (Sausage Curl Girl), 42nd Street (Maggie Jones), and The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe (Aslan) and is actively involved in training and shows at Making Light Productions. She won Best Senior Vocalist at the Access Broadway 2023 SE regional competition. She would love to thank her directors for giving her this amazing opportunity and her vocal instructors, Mr. Brady and Ms. Briana, for helping her prepare for this role! Maggie Giles is the daughter of Elizabeth and Chip Giles. Maggie is thrilled to be closing out her time in Leon performing arts with Joseph! She has previously been seen in Beauty and the Beast (Babette), Into the Woods (Rapunzel), Christmas Carol (Fan Scrooge), and The Curious Savage (Florence Williams). She is so thankful for her time in Leon’s chorus and theatre programs as they have made her four years at Leon so wonderful. She would like to thank her parents and little brother, Drew, and her friends and cast mates for making this show one of her favorites to date!

Nolan M. Howard is the son of Charlene Howard and is a rising freshman at Leon High School. He is excited to be in his first Leon summer show. Although new to Leon, he is not new to theatre. He was also accepted to the Central Florida Community Arts Advanced Performance Summer camp in Orlando, Florida, and was seen in Peter Pan (Michael) and the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University Essential Theater production of Bob Marley’s Three Little Birds (Spanish Bird #3/Villager). He has been featured in several Florida State University Film School productions; one specific film is Listen Close (Walter). He attended Apalachee Tapestry Magnet School of the Arts (ATMSA) where he has been seen in The Lion King, Jr. (Young Simba), Seussical the Musical (JoJo), Beauty and the Beast, Jr. (Lumiere), Aladdin, Jr. (Aladdin), and The Adams Family, Jr. (Lucas Beineke). He continued his love for theater at North Florida Christian School and was seen in Willy Wonka, Jr. (Charlie) and Madagascar, Jr. (Alex). Sarah Howard is the daughter of Bernadette and Jonathan Howard and is very excited to have this acting opportunity at Leon. Her favorite and most memorable roles include Lady Larken in Once Upon a Mattress, Jr. (TCS Production), Moose in Bigfoot! (TCS Production), Teressa in Teressa in the Background (FSU Film), Flute/Thisbe in A Midsummer Night's Dream (Leon High School) and, above all else, her very first role as the Bumblebee in The Little Mermaid, Jr. (TCS Production). Addy Hunter is a recent graduate of Leon High School, and this is their 4th summer show; however, it's their first one on stage. Addy has played percussion in the pit for the past three summer shows. They have been in five shows around the Tallahassee area. Addy enjoys playing different instruments and hanging out with friends. They would like to thank their dance teacher, Miss Jackie, their parents, and the entire cast and crew for believing and them and making them a better person.

Reagan Jones is the daughter of Katie Scherdin and Joey Jones and is a rising junior at Leon High School. She is thrilled to be in her first Leon summer show. She was in the Mane Event this previous year and will be participating in Capital Singers this upcoming school year. She was also selected to be a part of Leon’s Madrigal Singers. She has had roles in Peter Pan (Lost Boy), Lion King, Jr. (Simba) and Little Mermaid, Jr. (Jetsam). She is extremely excited to be doing another show.

Joshua Lawrence is extremely excited to take to the Leon stage one last time! Some of Joshua’s previous theatrical roles include Maurice (Beauty and the Beast), Willard (Footloose), Lysander (A Midsummer Night’s Dream), and Grover/Mr. D/Gabe (The Lightning Thief). This past year, Joshua served Leon High School as senior class president, was an active member of the Student Government Association, and is now a proud alumnus of Leon High School and Capital Singers. Ella Leaman is the daughter of Lisa and Scott Leaman and a rising senior at Lincoln High School. Some of Ella’s previous roles include Urinetown (Hope Cladwell), Beauty and the Beast (Silly Girl), Shrek (Little Fiona), A Christmas Carol (Tiny Tim), The Who’s Tommy (Young Tommy), Little Mermaid, Jr. (Ariel), and School of Rock (Katie). She is thrilled to be involved in her eighth Leon summer show and would like to thank her voice teacher, Dr. Carla Connors, and her family and friends who always help her slay the game.
Simeon
Clement Lee-Sursin is a son of Tahirih Lee and Bruno Sursin and is a rising senior at Leon High School. Joseph is one of his favorite musicals so he feels extra-fortunate to be a part of this production. He has previously performed in Studio 11’s The Lightening Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical (Poseidon, Medea) and Footloose, as well as in Leon’s summer show, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast (Monsieur D’Arque). He anchors the bass section at First United Methodist Church in Thomasville, GA, and sings bass in Leon’s Capital Singers, Madrigals, and Mane Event. He was a part of the Thespian troupe from Leon that performed a song from “Les Mis” at State this spring. Maria Malley is the daughter of Paul and Almira Malley and is a rising sophomore at St. John Paul II Catholic High School, where she is actively involved in thespians, Latin, and Squirettes. At JPII, she also does the morning and afternoon announcements, sings for baseball games, and reads at mass. She was most recently seen in Godspell, A Christmas Carol (Martha Cratchitt), and Lion King, Jr. (Rafiki). Tanner Martin is the son of Steven and Tiffany Martin and is a rising junior at Leon High School. He is thrilled to be in his third Leon summer show. He has been participating in community theater productions since the age of eight. He is actively involved at Making Light Productions. He has previously been seen in Into the Woods (The Baker), Mary Poppins (Northbrook), High School Musical (Ryan) and Beauty and the Beast (Cogsworth). Kingston Meggie is the son of Brandi Johnson and Jerome Meggie and is a rising senior at Leon High School. He is so excited to be a part of his second Leon Summer Musical. Andrew Moore is a recent graduate of Leon High School. He’s committed to FSU, where he’ll be pursuing a degree in digital media and production. He hopes to work in the film industry but, when he’s not following his dreams, he’s working as a lifeguard for the city of Tallahassee. This is his first ever musical but he’s acted in other Leon plays, his favorite being The Curious Savage. He’s beyond excited for this new, fun experience and can’t wait to show it to you all. He hopes you all enjoy the play and have loads of fun!!!

Mahlon Mosteller is the daughter of Cragin and James Mosteller. She recently graduated from Leon High School and is so excited to be appearing in her third Leon summer show. Before Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, you may have seen her in Beauty and the Beast at Leon High School (Ensemble) or Into the Woods at Quincy Music Theatre (Jack’s Mom). Grace Myatt is the daughter of Kimberly and Jason Myatt, and an incoming freshman at Florida State University who was involved in Capital Singers, Melodears, and Thespians during her senior year at Leon High School. She has only done one Leon musical prior to this as a member of the ensemble of Anastasia, and she is very excited to have the opportunity to be involved in another Leon musical production. Libby Perry is the daughter of Tim and Christen Perry and is a rising sophomore at Leon High School. She has been doing theatre since she was six years old. This is her first show at Leon. Previously, Libby has been featured in The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe (Lucy), Mary Poppins (Ensemble) and Wonderland! (The White Queen/Alice’s Mother). She is a newly inducted Leon thespian (hooray!!!). When she’s not participating in theatre, Libby likes to read horror novels, chase bugs in her backyard, and obsessively play Animal Crossing. Libby would love to give thanks to her mother, her cousin Jolie (who inspired her to do theatre), and all of her Leon thespian friends for all the love and support!
Joseph
Noah Ruis is the son of Glenn and Sheree Ruis and is feeling very bittersweet to be performing on the Leon stage for the last time. His recent credits include: The Curious Savage (Hannibal), A Christmas Carol (Johnny Brighton), Into the Woods (Rapunzel’s Prince), Beauty and the Beast (Beast), Tuck Everlasting (Miles u/s), Forever Plaid (Sparky), and Anastasia (Dmitry). Outside of performing theatre, he was an avid member of Mane Event, Madrigals, and Capital Singers here at Leon along with the Thespians club for the past four school years, and studied classical voice with Peter Pursino for two years. In the upcoming fall semester, Noah will be continuing his musical and theatrical endeavors at the Florida State University’s College of Music, pursuing a major in Vocal Performance as a baritone. He would like to thank his parents, siblings, close friends, other extended family, and his girlfriend Maggie for always supporting him, loving him, and leading him through high school while allowing him room to grow as a performer and pursue his passions. He would also like to thank Mrs. Peck and Peter Pursino for helping him realize his musical journey, Randi Lundgren, and every other production team member, along with every past summer show director/production team member, he has had the honor of working with on this stage. He would not be where he is without them.

In her years at Leon, she has been involved in Capital Singers and Melodears, and the Tri-M National Music Honor Society as well as with the Leonettes dance team. Noah Summerlin, son of Katie Summerlin and Kristopher Baker, is a rising senior at Leon High School. A third-year member of Capital Singers, second-year member of Madrigal Singers, and third-year member of Mane Event, Noah is incredibly excited to participate in his third summer show! He has been previously seen in Anastasia (Sergei/Ensemble) and Beauty and the Beast (Gaston), and will this year be the Bass section leader for Capital Singers and Mane Event. He would like to thank his mom for all the help and reminders she provided throughout the show, the rest of his family for their constant support throughout the rehearsal process, and his chorus teachers, Tabitha Peck and Maggie Smith, for their excellent tutelage, without which he would never be here.

Ansley Tamplin is the daughter of Matt and Joanna Tamplin and is a recent graduate of Leon High School. She will be attending Savannah College of Art and Design to pursue a BFA in performing arts. She has been a largely involved in Young Actors Theatre and some of her favorite shows include The Wizard of Oz (Dorothy Gale), Little Women (Meg March), Elf (Deb), and Grease (Patty Simcox). She loves being a part of Leon Chorus in Capital Singers, Madrigals, and Mane Event. She enjoys hanging out with her YAT senior class, family and friends, and her cats, especially Treasure. Dashiell Trammel is the son of Carlin and Janay Trammel and is a rising freshman at Godby High School. He is honored to have a role in his first Leon summer show. Dylan Valdes is the child of Sunshine and Jaime Valdes. They are a recent graduate of Leon High School and this is their third summer musical at Leon High School. They have previously been seen in Beauty and the Beast (Madame de la Grande Bouche) and Anastasia (Ensemble). They have also been a part of Leon’s Capital Singers and Madrigal Singers. They would like to thank their parents for their endless support, Tabitha Peck for giving them so many opportunities, and their boyfriend Kyle for being the most supportive and loving partner these past couple years.

Victoria Wetherington is the daughter of Ron and Lanisha Wetherington and is a rising freshmen at Leon High School. She is super-duper excited to be in her first Leon summer show, of many. She has been doing theatre since she was 7, and truly wants to pursue theatre. She has been seen in Shrek the Musical (Dragon), Frozen, Jr. (Middle Anna), The Little Mermaid (Ensemble), and Peter Pan as her first ever (Slightly). Za’Nyah Wilkerson is the daughter of Sandra and Alfonso Wilkerson and is a rising junior at Leon High School. She is an inducted thespian in the one and only Troupe #1429, Leon’s chapter of the Thespian Honor Society. She has previously been seen in Footloose (Featured Dancer), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Miller), Fiddler on the Roof (Golde), Alice in Wonderland (Cheshire Cat), The Lion King (Rafiki), The Sound of Music (Maria), and Beauty and the Beast (Babette). She was just a part of Opus and, in the upcoming year, she will be in Madrigal Singers and Capital Singers. Jaila Williams is thrilled to have been casted as Narrator 1 in Leon’s production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. She has starred in three previous Leon productions, such as Mrs. Potts (Beauty and the Beast), Peaseblossom (A Midsummer Night’s Dream), and Mrs. Paddy (The Curious Savage). Jaila is a Leon alumni and former member of Capital Singers, Melodears, and Mane Event. Jaila is beyond excited to show everyone her love and passion towards theatre and the arts through her performance. Jaila would like to give a special shout-out to Tabitha Peck and Lea Marshall for always pushing her to be the best she can be, and giving her the opportunities to showcase her talents. She would also like to thank her beautiful mother for supporting her the past 17 years.

Nathaniel Williams is the son of Andrea and Carlton Williams. He is a rising junior at Amos P. Godby High School. He is exhilarated to be in his first Leon summer show. He is a member of the DYG (Distinguished Young Gentlemen of America, Inc) and Thespians Honor Society. What's more, he has formerly been seen in High School Musical (Ryan), Aladdin (Sultan), She kills monsters (Ocrus), Chicago (Ensemble), Fahrenheit 451 (Faber), Descendants (King Beast). He would like to thank God for blessing him the gift to perform. Respectively, he would live to give special thanks to his director Mrs. Randi Lundgren giving him this opportunity to live his dream, and all his teachers for their headship. Keen Williams is the son of Amber and Robert Williams and will be attending the University of Michigan in the fall to pursue a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance. A graduate of Leon High School, Keen is thrilled to be performing in his fourth and final Leon summer show. Before appearing as Joseph, he has been seen in Aida (Ensemble), Anastasia (Count Ipolitov/Gorlinsky), as well as Beauty and the Beast (Lumiere). During the school year, Keen was a participant in six choirs at Leon and Thomasville First United Methodist. Under the direction of Mrs. Tabitha Peck, Ms. Maggie Smith, and Mr. Tim Peck, Keen could be seen performing with Leon’s Overture, Tempo, Mane Event (Section Leader for 2 years), Madrigals, Capital Singers (President), as well as his church choir. Keen has also had the pleasure of working with his voice coach, Dr. Carla Connors, for the last four years, and is very grateful for all the time and many lessons she taught him during his high school career. Keen Williams would like to thank all of his teachers and mentors who have got him through high school. He is so very thankful for their never-ending support. He hopes you enjoy the show!
