• Photos and Chronology: The Application may collect photos and store text as chronology data when you use specific features, such as the landmark recognition and image analysis tools. These photos and data are used solely to provide the intended functionality of the Application.

• Third-Party Services: The Application may utilize third-party services such as the Vision API provided by Cloud Vision API (Google enterprise API), Gemini AI for advanced AI functionalities, and other offline functionalities provided by Google services like the ML Kit Document Scanner. Any information collected by these third-party services is subject to their respective privacy policies.

How We Use Your Information:

Image Analysis and AI Features: The photos and data you submit through the Application are used for the purpose of image analysis, landmark recognition, and other functionalities. The Application may also use offline functionalities provided by Google services to enhance your user experience within the Application.

Personalization and Chronology Access: If you log in with your Google account, your personal information may be used to personalize your experience within the Application and to provide you with access to your past activities.

Data Sharing: We do not share your information with any third parties except as necessary to provide the services offered by the Application, such as processing photos through the Vision API. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

User Accounts and Data Management: 

The Application allows users to log in using their Google account to access a personalized history of their usage. This login is optional and only used to associate the user's history with their account. 

• We do not store any personal information beyond the necessary authentication details to manage the history feature. 

• We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, and profile picture. This information is used to authenticate your identity and shown only within the Application.

• Users can delete their account and associated history at any time within the Application. Upon deletion, all related data will be permanently removed. 

• No user data is shared with third parties. 

Children's Privacy:

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information from our records.
