“Photography is the story I fail to put into words.”, everyone has a story of their own that they want to share with the world. Some convey it through writing, some depict it through acting, and others use just a lens for this work. The term “lensation” itself portrays the story of every photographer, as a photographer capturing a moment or just holding the camera is a feeling unmatched. This unmatchable sensation inspired our seniors in 2019 to form the photography society “lensation”. As a young society, lensation managed to leave a mark in the field of photography with the help of its incredibly talented and hardworking members. Lensation is in collaboration with several societies from various colleges.

ACHIEVEMENTS

1.  Vintage and mirror themed photography competition held by ZHC, Rupesh Pathak bagged 2nd position and 800 rupees in cash.

2.  Monochrome themed photography competition held by SLC, Niranjan Kanyal stood 1st and won 1000 rupees in cash.

3.  Dark themed photography competition held by KIIT, Lucky Gola bagged 2nd position.

4.  On the spot themed photography competition held by BCAS, Kabir Singh secured 1st position with 1500 rupees in cash.

5.  Locked up themed photography competition held by ZHEC, Kabir Singh secured 2nd position.

6.  Inside Out themed photography competition held by SSNC, Anupama won the consolation prize.

7.  Mhaksh themed photography competition held by DYPU, Sivans Dash won a consolation prize.

8.  FREEDOM themed competition held by MHGC, Kabir Singh won a consolation prize.
