We are starting to purchase some Lenovo products. Does anyone know if Lenovo has a program similar to the Dell Technician Direct were we can take their tests, and then simply login into a portal and place a dispatch for the parts needed etc....

All Dell support is handled by IBM in Atlanta, and I must say that my experiences over 5 years, at least with laptops, has been great. The "portal" simply saves a bit of talk over the phone. I do wish they had chatsupport like Dell.
