LEN DEN is a personal money management and digital ledger application that helps users record money given and received, manage contacts, track transactions, attach payment-related images, and generate reports.
Depending on the features you use, the app may collect the following information:

If you choose to import contacts, the app will request permission to access your phone contacts. Contacts are used only to help you quickly create and manage ledger accounts.
If you choose to attach payment proofs, bills, invoices, or screenshots, the app may request access to:
Camera
Gallery
Files
Uploaded images are stored only on your device unless you explicitly enable a future backup feature.
We use your information to:
Create and manage your account.
Maintain your ledger records.
Display transaction history.
Send payment reminders through WhatsApp.
Improve app performance.
Fix bugs and enhance security.
Contact access is optional.
If permission is granted, contacts are used only for:
Importing customer names and mobile numbers.
Creating ledger entries.
We do not sell, rent, or share your contacts with third parties.
These permissions are requested only when you choose to attach:

Payment Proofs

Screenshots
The app does not automatically access your photos or files.
Transaction images and related attachments are stored on your device. The app does not upload these files to cloud storage unless a future cloud backup feature is introduced and you explicitly choose to use it.
We use reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
The app may use trusted third-party services, including:
Firebase (Authentication, Analytics, or Crash Reporting, if enabled)
WhatsApp (for sending reminders initiated by the user)
These services have their own privacy policies.
LEN DEN is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You can:
Edit your profile information.
Delete transactions.
Remove imported contacts from the app.
Uninstall the application at any time.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with the updated Effective Date.
