What happens during a treatment? -  A full Rahanni session can last up to 45 mins. You can experience heat or tingling sensations, and peaceful relaxation will also occur.  It can also release any emotions you have blocked, bringing healing to your heart and well being. 

If you are having a Rahanni treatment for the first time, a clearing may take place which may last up to 24 hrs.  You may feel tearful as all negative energies begin to shift away.  Like Reiki, you lie on a couch and just remove your coat and shoes and enjoy the deep relaxation that Rahanni gives you, being peace to the mind body and spirit.  You don't need to believe in it for Rahanni to work, just a desire to receive.

Crystal healing is a holistic, non-invasive, vibrational energy-based system of healing. It  treats the whole person and their integrated energy system. It is therapeutic and deeply relaxing. What does a session involve and what to expect -  The length of a session depends on the particular technique being applied. A session where crystals are laid on each chakras (energy vortexes linking the physical and subtle energy bodies) to restore balance may last twenty minutes to half an hour. A session where crystals are laid in more complex patterns that deal with underlying causes of dis-ease may last from one to one and a half hours. But in all sessions you can expect to have a chat first – and most probably a history taken – so that the therapist obtains a full picture. (Holistic therapy takes into account lifestyle, emotional, mental and social factors.) You will then be made comfortable and warm on a healing couch. You will be asked to close your eyes and relax. Crystals will be placed on or around your body. The crystals will be left in place while you relax and breathe gently. You may feel a tingling sensation, your body may jerk as it releases patterns held in your muscles, you may even laugh or cry as repressed emotions are let go, or you may feel nothing at all except a sense of peace and pleasurable relaxation suffusing your body.
