I am a monetary macroeconomist with a research focus on central bank communication, inflation expectations, macro experiments and household finance. 

I am full professor of Money and International Finance at the Leibniz University Hannover and lead the Research Group on Monetary Macroeconomics at the Kiel Institute for the World Economy.
