Our laboratory is pursuing the discovery of novel functional materials in the form of various thin films including amorphous, polycrystalline, epitaxial films, and superlattices. The fabrication of oxide thin films and the basic physical property characterization will be attempted for the elucidation of underlying mechanism of the next generation memory and energy materials.

다양한 형태의 산화물 박막을 이용한 새로운 기능성 물질을 찾고자 합니다. 산화물 박막의 합성과 기초 물성 분석을 통해 차세대 메모리 및 에너지 소재에 대한 연구를 진행 할 것 입니다.
