Welcome to Lemonopoly, a lemon-stand idle tycoon game developed by NF Devs. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you play our game on mobile and web.
We designed Lemonopoly to store most of your gameplay locally on your device. We collect only what is needed to run the game, show optional ads, and improve stability.
Your cash, gems, generator levels, tool upgrades, tutorial progress, audio preferences, and offline earnings data are saved locally on your device using secure on-device storage (AsyncStorage). This data is not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly use a future cloud-save feature.
When you first play, we ask for your age and record that you confirmed you are at least 16 years old and accepted our legal terms. We store a timestamp of that confirmation on your device only.
On iOS and Android, we use Google AdMob to show rewarded and interstitial ads (for example, to double offline earnings or claim bonus rewards). AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, ad interaction data, and similar technical information to serve and measure ads. Google's use of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown. Your choices are stored on your device and can be changed anytime from Settings → Ad Privacy Choices when available.
Expo and app stores may collect crash logs, device model, OS version, and performance data to help us fix bugs. We do not knowingly collect your name, email, or precise location through gameplay.

Lemonopoly is intended for players aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly allow users under 16 to play. If you believe a child under 16 has provided information or accessed the game, please contact us at fawadalidev9918@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps.

Distribution and optional analytics provided by Apple or Google when you download the app.
Your save data remains on your device until you uninstall the app or clear app storage. Age-gate consent is also stored locally and removed when app data is cleared.
To delete your local game data, uninstall Lemonopoly or clear the app's storage in your device settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because gameplay data stays on your device, you can delete it directly through your device settings.
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you can manage ad personalization through the in-app Ad Privacy Choices screen (Settings) or your device settings. You may also withdraw consent for personalized ads without affecting access to the core game.
