Terms of service

1. Do not claim, copy, trace, or redistribute my art without my permission.

2. Only the owner of the commission has the right to use the commissioned work. They may crop/edit the commission to be used as a profile picture, background etc. Be sure to credit me.

3. I have the right to decline your commission if it goes against my TOS.

4. The prices listed are only for Personal Use. For commercial commission, please contact me directly via email (lemonlaichiii@gmail.com).

5. Strictly no deadline. The estimated time to complete one commission is around 1~2 weeks. To complete the whole batch, it will take around 1~2 months. (Please note that I take breaks between commissions.)

6. Please provide visual references during your order. More detailed, is better. (Providing pose reference is optional but greatly appreciated)

7. There will be additional fees charged if I have to design the outfit, accessories, etc from scratch.

8. You can provide your own background if you want. However, by providing background that was taken from another source (e.g. manga, anime, game, etc), the artwork must be STRICTLY used for personal use only!

9. Approximate sizing:

   1. • For full body and half body type will be in 2480 x 3508 (A4 size) with resolution 300 dpi.

      • Bust up type will be in 2480 x 3018 with resolution 300 dpi.

      • Headshot type will be in 2480 x 2480 (square) with resolution 300 dpi.

      • Or any other size that suits the character(s)' pose.

      • Please note that the canvas size is customizable so, please inform me if you have any desired size or I will follow the approximate size as stated.
