⦿ ALL Cadets active in at least 1 drill team

⦿ 2 drill comps. 4 Orienteering comps, 3 Academic postal's, 5 rifle team postal's (as applicable)

⦿ All teams meet at least a minimum amount of cadets for comps, at least 3 Color guard teams, and an executive Color Guard.

⦿ 4 successful fundraisers

⦿ Uniform inspection grade of at least 85%

⦿ 2 unit morale events.

⦿ Rank Ups by the end of the year:

- NS1s: At least Petty Officer 3rd Class.

- NS2s: At least Petty Officer 1st Class .

-NS3s: Chief or Officer.

- NS4s: Make at least 1 advancement to the next rank.
