Lemonade has always been my signature and I’m known for crafting bright, refreshing herbal flavors from scratch. Lemon & Lace isn’t “add a flavored syrup and stir” lemonade. I build curated fusions using fully organic ingredients, locally sourced products whenever possible, and low-glycemic sweeteners—brewing herbal teas, pressing fresh juices, muddling herbs, and blending real fruits like strawberries and coconut for layered, elevated flavor.

Before Lemon & Lace, I was the go-to lemonade maker at family baby showers, birthdays, and celebrations requested every time, without fail. During COVID, I leaned in even more and turned lemonade into my creative outlet: watermelon, basil, coconut give me a lemon and I’ll make something unforgettable.

On July 4th, 2025, I took my lemonades to the Santa Monica Beach Boardwalk for honest public feedback and the response was immediate. I sold a lot that day, guests came back for seconds and thirds, and children—yes, even babies—loved it. That was the validation I needed: my herbal lemonades weren’t just a family favorite. They were a hit.
