Account and Data Deletion – Le Microcosme
Users of the Le Microcosme application can request the deletion of their account and associated personal data.
As Le Microcosme is a childcare management application, user accounts (parents and staff) are created and managed by the childcare administration through a secure back-office system.
To request account deletion, users must contact the childcare administration or send a request by email to:

Upon request, the following data will be deleted:
- User account information (login credentials)
- Child-related data linked to the account
- Messages and communications
- Photos associated with the child
Some data may be retained if required by legal or regulatory obligations.
Account deletion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe.
