1. Introduction PDFMaker ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use our mobile application.
2. Information Collection and Use We do not collect any personal identification information. All your core document tasks are completely offline and private. However, the app uses third-party services for advertising that may collect basic usage data or device identifiers.
PDF Files & Data: All PDF processing (including reading, editing, scanning, and extracting text) is done locally on your device. We do not upload your documents, notes, or passwords to any cloud server.
Storage Permissions: We request access to your device's storage to read, save, and modify PDF files locally.
Camera Permissions: We request camera access only when you use the "Scan to PDF" tool or scan QR codes. Images are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded.
Biometric Permissions: We use on-device Biometric permissions if you choose to secure the app with a fingerprint or face lock. This data never leaves your device.
3. Third-Party Services
The app uses third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies. Please note that an internet connection is only used to serve ads through these services:
Google Play Services:

4. Data Security We value your trust. Since all your documents and app data remain locally on your device, they are as secure as your device itself. While third-party ad services may transmit some device identifiers over the internet to serve ads, your personal files and documents remain 100% isolated and offline.
5. Children’s Privacy These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
