Leigh’s Brewing Co. is proudly family-owned and operated by sisters Laurel Leigh and Jessica Leigh, alongside their parents, Lee and Mary. With years of experience bartending, managing, and working together, the family shares a vision of creating a warm, welcoming, and intimate place to gather, connect, and enjoy a good drink (or two).

At the heart of Leigh’s is a family, and we hope that feeling extends to everyone who walks through our doors.

Our Brewer - Chansong

Chan is the one who makes all the magic - the beer - happen!  She began her career as a brew assistant at this location under the previous company, and along the way, she fell in love with the beer, the regulars, and the community that makes this place so special. Today, she’s truly at the heart of it all.

Anyone who knows Chan knows her impeccable taste, passion, and perfectionist standards for the beer she creates. She cares deeply about every pint that comes out of the brewery, and that love comes through in her work.

If you happen to catch her in the tasting room, say hello! She’d love nothing more than to chat beer, share her knowledge, and, of course, share her love for what she does.
