The event will take place on the campus of Leiden University, in the Mathematical Institute on the second floor of the Snellius building

The hotel for the PhDs in Luxembourg is ibis Leiden Centre.

From the city centre, the campus can be reached by bus, on foot or by bike.

By bus: Lines 38, 43, 57, 90, 430 and 431 leave from the train station and stop on the campus (depending on the location of the talks one of them might be more convenient). The easiest way to get tickets is via the 9292 app or the NS app.

On foot: The campus is adjacent to the train station and extends to its west. It takes 20-25 minutes on foot to reach the venues of the event.

By bike: There are plenty of options to rent a bike in Leiden. If you want to do it and enjoy the full Dutch experience the local organisers will be happy to help you to find the best option.
