The Royal Navy, Military & Social Club, also known as Leicester Senior Service Club, has been a meeting place for armed forces veterans since 1981 and members say it is "about the only place" their 140 members can meet because of the sense of safety and connection they feel there.
The majority of our members are late 70's, and 80's with our oldest member being 101! This is the safe place they can come to during the week and be around and supported by like minded people.
The club, took over the sports pavillion in 1981.
