Here are the details of my latest hot drink. I will also write sometime later, about making Chicafé and large doses of Teacafé. Much tried and tested recipes. John, with a sweet tooth.
First, the cold liquids: About 75% of semi-skimmed Organic Milk. Then 25% of coconut water, including some pressed white of coconut, from Waitrose in Lutterworth. Holland and Barrett also sell it and I believe it is currently on special offer at Morrisons. Heated a lot but not boiled. Adding flavour as follows: Instant coffee powder, freeze-dried but only because that is what I have open currently at home. Some ground cinnamon powder, some cayenne pepper powder. Some cane sugar, not made from sugar beet. Slightly more than a half-teaspoon of Geeta's pomegranate and mango chutney. And the same of peanut butter. A little unsalted butter in the hot drink.
