Conference fees

• In person attendance - Full week £150.00

In person fees include:

1. Use of the conference venue

2. Refreshments during the morning and afternoon coffee breaks

3. Lunch

4. Parking

5. Wi-Fi access

• Online - No cost

Registration cancellation policy:

Unfortunately, the conference registration fee cannot be refunded in the event of non-attendance.

Please ensure that you have sufficient and adequate travel insurance to cover any unexpected expenses you may incur.

Conference Dinner - £45.00 per person

Conference Dinner cancellation policy:

The conference dinner costs can be refunded if cancellation occurs prior to August 12.

Accommodation costs

Single occupancy: £45.00 + VAT, £54.00 inc VAT per night

Double occupancy: £60.00 + VAT, £72.00 inc VAT per night

PLEASE ENSURE ACCOMMODATION AT COLLEGE COURT IS BOOKED THROUGH THE ONLINE E-SHOP WHEN REGISTERING

Please note that the hotel rooms at College Court are booked on a first come, first served basis.

Accommodation cancellation policy:

Accommodation at College Court can be cancelled one day prior to arrival free of charge. Please read the full cancellation policy regarding refunds for accommodation under the “Accommodation” tab.
