(3 developers - 5 months).
Apply merged-nearby-tiles effects using custom UI mesh and Shader.
Leader of this game and mentor 2 intern developers:
Introduce workflow and SOLID principles.
Join the planning team to estimate the tasks of my members.
Review codes.
And after about 2 months, my members can work independently:
Estimate their own works.
Communicate and solve the problems with other team (GD, Artists,...).
Reduce my time in reviewing codes and they do this instead.
Optimize performance by profiling and restructure assets in Addressables.
Implement UI.
Release game through Google Play and Apple store.
Check ANR and Crashes.
