RuinPic Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how RuinPic (com.lehunganhstudio.ruinpic), developed by LeHungAnh Studio, handles information when you use the Android app.
1. Summary
RuinPic is an on-device photo editor.
Photo selection, previews, effects, Chaos processing, and image export are performed locally on your device.
RuinPic does not upload selected photos or edited images to RuinPic or LeHungAnh Studio servers.
The current version of RuinPic does not include user accounts, advertising, analytics, cloud photo editing, or developer-hosted photo storage.
RuinPic may offer an optional one-time RuinPic Pro purchase through Google Play. Google Play Billing and related Google components may communicate with Google services as needed to provide purchase, entitlement, reliability, and related billing functionality.
2. Photo Access and Local Processing
You choose which photo RuinPic can access using Android's system photo or content picker.
RuinPic does not request broad access to your photo library or shared storage.
The app may create temporary private copies of selected photos when needed for editing.
Photo previews, effects, Chaos processing, and full-resolution exports are processed locally on your device.
RuinPic does not modify your original selected photo.
Selected images may contain embedded metadata. RuinPic may use orientation and color-profile information when needed to decode and process an image correctly.
Exported images are newly encoded and do not copy source EXIF location information or other source metadata.
Google Play Billing does not receive your selected photo, edited image, image preview, or RuinPic editing recipe from RuinPic.
3. Data Collection and Network Activity
RuinPic does not upload your photos, edited images, editing activity, or language preference to LeHungAnh Studio.
LeHungAnh Studio does not operate an advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting service for RuinPic.
The Billing-enabled version of RuinPic includes Google Play Billing and related Google components. These components may use network access to communicate with Google services for purchase processing, entitlement checks, billing reliability, diagnostics, fraud prevention, or related Google Play functionality.
RuinPic does not operate a LeHungAnh Studio backend for billing, image processing, analytics, or user accounts.
Information handled by Google Play and related Google services is subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy practices.
Android, Google Play, storage providers, and apps that you choose through Android's sharing interface are separate services and may have their own privacy practices.
4. Google Play Billing and RuinPic Pro
RuinPic may offer an optional one-time purchase called RuinPic Pro through Google Play.
The purchase is handled by Google Play.
RuinPic may receive purchase and entitlement information needed to determine whether RuinPic Pro is owned, pending, restored, or otherwise available to the user.
This information may include the RuinPic Pro product identifier, purchase status, ownership status, and other billing information provided by Google Play that is necessary to process or restore the purchase.
RuinPic does not receive or store your full payment-card number, CVV, bank credentials, or other full payment-method details entered into Google Play.
Google Play handles payment processing.
RuinPic may store a limited local entitlement state on your device after Google Play confirms ownership. This local state is used to maintain access to RuinPic Pro, including during temporary periods when Google Play Billing is unavailable.
RuinPic does not sell or share your RuinPic Pro entitlement with advertisers.
There is no RuinPic subscription in the current version. RuinPic Pro is designed as a one-time purchase.
5. Local Preferences
If you manually select a language, RuinPic stores your selected language preference in private app storage so it can restore your choice later.
If you use System default, RuinPic follows the supported language settings of your device.
These preferences remain on your device and are not sent to LeHungAnh Studio.
RuinPic may also store limited local state needed to remember a previously confirmed RuinPic Pro entitlement.
This local state does not contain your full payment-card details.
6. Saving Images
When you tap Save, RuinPic creates an exported image locally on your device.
On Android 10 and later, RuinPic saves images through Android's MediaStore.
On older supported Android versions, Android may ask you to choose where the image should be saved.
Opaque images may be exported as JPEG.
Images containing transparency may be exported as PNG.
Source EXIF location information and other source metadata are not copied into the exported image.
Images that you intentionally save to shared device storage may remain on your device after RuinPic is uninstalled.
You can delete saved images using your Gallery, Photos, Files, or another storage-management app.
RuinPic does not upload saved images to LeHungAnh Studio.
7. Sharing Images
Sharing happens only when you explicitly tap Share.
RuinPic prepares the image locally and opens Android's system sharing interface.
The app you choose receives access to the image for the sharing action.
RuinPic does not automatically choose a receiving app and does not control what another app does with the image after you choose to share it.
If you are sharing sensitive content, you should review the privacy practices of the receiving app.
8. Temporary Files and Cache
RuinPic and Android's photo-selection components may use private app cache storage for selected source copies, previews, and temporary export files.
These temporary image files are not uploaded to LeHungAnh Studio.
Android may remove cached files when storage space is needed.
RuinPic also performs cleanup of temporary export data where appropriate.
Clearing RuinPic's app storage or uninstalling the app normally removes private cached data and local preferences.
Temporary files used for sharing may remain long enough for another app to finish reading them.
Images that you intentionally save to shared device storage are not temporary cache files and may remain after RuinPic is uninstalled.
9. Accounts, Purchases, and Data Deletion
RuinPic does not have a RuinPic login system, user profiles, cloud accounts, or developer-hosted photo storage.
There is therefore no RuinPic online account or server-side photo library to delete.
Purchases of RuinPic Pro are associated with Google Play rather than a RuinPic account.
You can delete saved images using your device's Gallery, Photos, Files, or another storage-management app.
You can remove RuinPic's local preferences, cached files, and local entitlement cache by clearing the app's storage in Android Settings or by uninstalling the app.
Uninstalling RuinPic does not necessarily remove:
- images that you deliberately saved to shared storage;
- copies that you already shared with another app; or
- your Google Play purchase record for RuinPic Pro.
If you reinstall RuinPic using an eligible Google Play account, RuinPic may use Google Play Billing to restore or reconcile your RuinPic Pro ownership.

If you choose to contact LeHungAnh Studio by email, LeHungAnh Studio may receive the email address, message, and attachments that you voluntarily send.
These communications may be retained when reasonably necessary to answer your request, maintain support records, protect the service, or meet applicable legal obligations.
Please avoid sending sensitive information unless it is necessary for your support request.
11. Third-Party Components and Services
RuinPic uses Flutter and selected software components for its interface, localization, photo selection, local preferences, image processing, Android integration, and Google Play Billing.
The current version does not include advertising, user-behavior analytics, authentication, or developer-hosted cloud photo-processing services.
Google Play Billing and related Google components may communicate with Google services to provide billing, purchase verification, entitlement, reliability, diagnostic, fraud-prevention, or related platform functionality.
RuinPic does not control Google's independent processing of information through Google Play services.
Android system components, Google Play, storage providers, and apps that you choose when sharing operate independently from RuinPic and may have their own privacy policies.
12. Security and Children's Privacy
RuinPic limits photo access to content that you choose and performs image editing locally on your device.
Temporary files used for Android sharing are provided through Android's secure content-sharing mechanisms instead of exposing raw private file paths.
RuinPic does not transmit your selected photos to Google Play Billing.
No software, local storage system, or networked service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please use care when selecting, saving, purchasing, or sharing sensitive content.
RuinPic is a general photo-effects app and is not designed specifically for children.
The app does not include advertising, user accounts, or a social feed.
LeHungAnh Studio does not knowingly collect children's photos or personal information through a RuinPic backend.

13. Changes and Contact
This Privacy Policy may be updated if RuinPic's features, third-party components, billing functionality, or data practices change.
When changes are made, the published Privacy Policy will be updated with an appropriate effective date.
Relevant app disclosures and Google Play Data Safety information will also be updated where necessary.
