The beam bridge is the simplest type of bridge, these kinds of bridges are known for their ease of construction and hence we begin here as an introduction of bridges.

What is the engineering behind building this bridge ?

The beam of the bridge is flat and we use pillars to support the beam which spreads out the weight across the bridge.

Here we need to avoid the beam of the bridge from pushing down, the supports are placed nearer and in continuous spans to handle this.

How to build this bridge ?

Step 1 :
Create the base

We start of making the base of the bridge with the legos which serves as the ground on which the bridge rests.

SteP 2 :
Add SUPPORTS

We add supports across the base in continuous spans to handle the force of objects put on top of the bridge.

SteP 3 :
BUILD THE BEAM

We build the beam on which the objects are kept and in real world where the cars are on the move.

VOILA, The bridge is DONE :)
