2. Data Collection and Usage Legisign is designed with a privacy-first, on-device architecture. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to our servers. All data processing occurs locally on your Apple device.

Camera and Photos: The App requests camera access strictly to capture a photo of the signer for identity verification. This photo is immediately embedded into your contract PDF. We do not transmit, save, or have access to these photos.
Location Data: The App requests location access (GPS) to automatically determine the governing jurisdiction of your contract and to apply a geographical timestamp to the finalized document. This location data is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third parties.
User Input and Signatures: Any text you enter (such as names, addresses, and contract terms) and any signatures drawn using the App are used exclusively to generate the final PDF document on your device. We do not collect or monitor this information.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure Because we do not collect your personal data, we do not share, sell, or disclose your data to any third parties. Once you generate a contract, you control how it is shared using your device's native sharing capabilities (e.g., email, messaging apps).

4. Third-Party Services The App does not use third-party analytics or advertising frameworks that track your behavior across other apps or websites.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date."
