At the national convention held on August 29 – 31 in Charlotte, North Carolina, it was voted to increase the national per capita by $5.00 ($23.50)
The Department of Texas per capita will remain at $16.50 for the 2025 membership year. This increase will take effect on July 1, 2024; all dues transmitted by the post through mylegion.org or mailed to the department must be accompanied with $40.00 per member.
