LegendarySZ Apps built the Mind Gym app as a Free, Ad-supported app. This SERVICE is provided by LegendarySZ Apps at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This ID is not linked to your personal information unless you later choose to upgrade your guest account to a permanent one (e.g., by linking it to Google).

2. Information We Collect Automatically:

Game Data: When you are signed in (either with Google or as a guest), your game high scores are saved to our secure cloud database (Firebase Firestore) and are linked to your User ID. This allows us to persist your scores and sync them if you use multiple devices with the same account.

Usage Data (Analytics): We use Google Analytics for Firebase to collect anonymous data about how you interact with our app. This includes which games are played, how often, session duration, and general usage patterns. This helps us understand which features are popular and how to improve the app.

Crash Data (Crashlytics): We use Firebase Crashlytics to automatically collect information about crashes and errors that occur in the app. This includes device state information, OS version, and other technical data to help us diagnose and fix bugs.

Anonymous (Guest) Accounts: Data associated with an anonymous account is not personally linked to you. You can effectively delete this data by clearing the app's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the app.

Google Sign-In Accounts: If you have signed in with a permanent account (Google) and wish to have your associated data (game scores) deleted from our servers, please send a request to our support email below. We will process your request in a timely manner.

Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.
