About:
Ian is a physicist, A.I. developer, and entrepreneur. He completed his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Statistical Physics at the Balseiro Institute (Argentina) then joined the team in May 2022 as a PhD student under an FNR project, Quantum Continuum Coupling (QuaC). Supervised by Prof. Stephane Bordas and Prof. Alexandre Tkatchenko, his research focuses on developing multiscale modeling techniques to incorporate quantum effects into engineering scale systems, with a particular emphasis on properly capturing many-body van der Waals interactions. Concurrently, he co-founded an A.I. voice synthesis company, NeuralWave, which develops tools for voice generation and voice cloning to reduce costs in entertainment productions and enhance company-customer interactions.
