About:
Hello! I'm Diego, a doctoral researcher at the University of Luxembourg. My research revolves around algorithms and techniques for modeling solid contact and addressing associated pathologies, with a specific focus on developing practical minimization techniques.
I earned my undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidad de Chile and continued my academic journey with a master's degree at the University of Luxembourg. During my master's studies, I was honored to receive an award from the Order of Architects and Consulting Engineers (OAI) for my master's thesis.
Currently, I'm immersed in exploring the intricate dynamics of solid contact in various contexts. My research is geared towards contributing practical solutions to challenges in this domain. If you share an interest in these topics or have insights to contribute, I welcome the opportunity to connect. Feel free to reach out for discussions, collaboration possibilities, or to share your perspectives. Let's engage in a meaningful exchange of ideas and knowledge.
